Terms of service
Effective September 6, 2026
Little Grace offers a quiet place for prayer and a garden you can make your own. Your saved words remain yours.
1. Agreement and contact
These terms govern the Little Grace mobile app and support pages provided by the Little Grace developer (“we,” “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Contact codyssey100@gmail.com with questions. For apps obtained from Apple, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
2. The service
Little Grace provides scripture prompts, local prayer journaling, garden discoveries and decoration features. It is a personal reflection tool. It does not promise spiritual outcomes or provide professional medical, mental-health, legal or emergency services.
You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass purchase verification, misuse support channels or violate another person’s rights. If local law requires parental or guardian permission to use the app or make a purchase, obtain that permission.
3. Your content and local records
You retain your rights in prayers and other content you create. Keeping a prayer does not grant us permission to publish or use its text for advertising. Your journal and garden are stored on your device; an account or cloud-sync service is not currently provided. You are responsible for keeping any exports or backups you need. We cannot retrieve records that exist only on a lost or erased device. Exported files are readable copies; an import feature is not currently available.
See our Privacy policy for optional analytics, support emails and provider processing.
4. Memberships and prices
Where offered, Little Grace Plus is available as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription or lifetime purchase. Plans provide the same Plus access. The store checkout displays the actual localized price, currency, billing period and any applicable taxes or offers before you confirm.
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period. For Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The applicable store’s terms govern billing and cancellation. A yearly plan is charged as an annual total, not as monthly installments.
- Lifetime access is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for Little Grace Plus for the operating lifetime of the service. It does not renew automatically and is not a promise that the service or every device platform will operate forever. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
- If a free starter experience is offered, it does not automatically become a paid subscription. A separate store-confirmed purchase is required.
Existing saved prayers remain available to read and export if paid access ends. Creating new prayers beyond any free allowance may require active membership. Product availability and platform support may vary.
5. Cancellation, restoration and refunds
You manage subscriptions through the store account used for purchase. For Apple, open Subscriptions. For Android, open Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling generally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period, subject to store rules. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Use Settings → Little Grace Plus → Restore purchases to restore eligible purchases associated with the same Apple Account or Google Play account used for that purchase. Restoration recovers membership access, not local prayer records. Purchases do not currently transfer between Apple and Android accounts. For Apple refund requests, use reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play purchases, use Google Play refund help. Refund eligibility is determined by the store and applicable law. We do not replace statutory cancellation or refund rights.
6. App materials and availability
The app’s original illustrations, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Scripture excerpts are identified in the app; the currently bundled WEB Classic text and third-party software are subject to their respective notices. Open-source notices are available in Settings.
We may improve features, fix errors or change supported devices. We aim to keep the service useful but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or that software will be error-free. Changes affecting paid access will be handled in accordance with store rules and applicable consumer law.
7. Responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available, and we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies for services that fail to meet mandatory legal standards.
8. Changes and questions
We may revise these terms and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required. Mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you continue to apply. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Please contact support first if something goes wrong so we can try to help.
